Cancellations

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.  To cancel an order, email me at thebravelittlebow@gmail.com

Shipping 

In-stock items will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the order is placed.  I only ship within the United States via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you are local to West Chester, PA I do offer local pickup - please email me to arrange a meeting time and place.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase!  Please inspect your item carefully upon arrival, and email me within 5 days if there is a problem you would like me to address.  I will do my very best to resolve the issue!

I accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.  The item must be in the original condition that you received it, and you must have proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs on all items except for damaged/defective merchandise.
